# Report Issues

If you find a problem — a bug, a broken page, a security concern, or
content that should not be public — we want to hear about it, and we
will not shoot the messenger. Good-faith security reports are
welcome.

Use the **Get in Touch form** with "Report a problem" as the request
type. It delivers straight to us by email (the chain is described in
the Privacy Policy) and you get an acknowledgement so you know it
arrived. Security reports are read by the person who runs the
server, not a ticket queue.

If the site itself is down and the form with it, email

We won't pursue anyone who reports a genuine security issue in good
faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it before making it
public.
